I absolutely loved the hotel's elegant and charming decoration. The common areas were beautifully adorned with antique furniture and artwork, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The hotel also had spacious hallways and elevators, making it easily accessible for senior people like myself. I appreciated how the owners paid attention to small details, such as providing handrails in the corridors and ensuring that the lighting was bright enough for us to navigate safely.
I would have appreciated if the children working there could have organized more senior-friendly activities or excursions. It would have been nice to have a program tailored to the interests and abilities of older guests like myself.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in a charming Italian town. The hotel was located in the historic center, which made it convenient to explore the town's bars, restaurants, and the beautiful port. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's renovation of an old palace, giving it a fresh and modern feel. The staff, a friendly family, spoke English and made me feel incredibly welcome. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a small balcony perfect for enjoying al fresco dinners or drinks. I was also pleased to find that the air conditioning worked well, which was a relief during the hot summer days. Lastly, the breakfast included in the rate was a highlight of my stay. With a variety of delicious options, including homemade cake, it was the perfect start to my day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults.

During my business trip, I had a great stay at a family-run hotel. The staff was amazing, friendly, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The hotel is located in the heart of the historic center, surrounded by plenty of recommended bars and restaurants to explore during my free time. One of the best aspects was the stunning rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying a peaceful lunch or dinner with a gorgeous view. The rooms were clean, tidy, and equipped with a helpful little kitchen for convenience.
The hotel's cleaning policy was a bit inconvenient. The room was only cleaned once during my stay, which left it feeling a bit untidy towards the end of my visit.
